Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Middleton, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and retail development.

Fulton Schools are seeking bids for two HVAC replacements. The scope includes the purchase and complete installation of two new RTUs in two separate locations and the removal of three existing RTUs. Media Center: The work consists of the complete removal of the old HVAC unit and the complete installation of a new gas-fired HVAC RTU. The new RTU will be fitted to use existing ductwork and the control system. The new unit will be installed in a slightly different location and may require some structural support to be added. Shop/Wrestling Room: Two existing RTUs will be removed and replaced with a single new heating-only RTU. The unit will need to be fitted to existing ductwork. Where one old RTU is removed, the roof will need to be capped. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
