The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on July 22, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Region Two/District Three Office in Ottawa. Phase III engineering services are required to provide construction inspection for contract 66863 including the following: o I-57 - reconstruction of 1.7 miles to provide 2-lanes in each direction with a concrete median barrier o IL 17 - reconstruction from N. Fairmont Avenue to west of Eastgate Industrial Parkway o North Frontage Road - reconstruction from Eastgate Drive to west of Eastgate Industrial Parkway o South Frontage Road - reconstruction from Eastgate Drive to west of Oakdale Avenue o Eastgate Drive - reconstruction of 1200 feet around IL 17 o S.N. 046-0154: I-57 over IL 17 - removal and replacement o S.N. 046-9904: KB&S Railroad over I-57 - removal and replacement o S.N. 046-W8805: Retaining Wall at Ramp D - new structure o S.N. 046-W8806: Retaining Wall at Ramp B - new structure o S.N. 046-W8807: Retaining Wall at ComEd Property - new structure o S.N. 046-N5738: Noise Abatement Wall - new structure o S.N. 046-N5739: Noise Abatement Wall - new structure o S.N. 046-N5743: Noise Abatement Wall - new structure o S.N. 046-N5744: Noise Abatement Wall - new structure o S.N. 046-N5745: Noise Abatement Wall - new structure The Prime firm must be prequalified in the Special Services (Construction Inspection) category to be considered for this project. Statements of Interest, including resumes of only the key people noted above, must be submitted electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering Prequalification and Agreement System (EPAS).
