ID/IQ sign services along various segments of primary and secondary routes in all ten counties of Division 14. The project length varies. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and sign the sign-in sheet to be considered a valid plan holder. Bidders should bring printed copies of the proposal, plans, and any relevant supplemental documentation to the pre-bid meeting, as hard copies will not be supplied. Sealed bids must be received at the specified Division 14 Office location by the stated deadline, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The printing of all bid-related documents is the responsibility of the bidder. All addenda will be posted on the Division 14 Bidding & Letting website. There is a MANDATORY pre bid meeting associated with this proposal. Bidders must attend the pre bid meeting and sign the sign in sheet to be considered a valid plan holder; details regarding the meeting day, time, location, and point of contact can be found in the proposal.
