The contractor shall perform all required biannual HVAC system maintenance, HVAC system repairs, and associated electrical repairs for UT&C buildings in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The work includes routine preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair services necessary to ensure the continued safe and reliable operation of HVAC and related electrical systems. All requirements, technical standards, and detailed tasks are defined within the Performance Work Statement and its associated Technical Exhibits, which are provided as attachments. In accordance with the Performance Work Statement, offerors shall not include pricing, quotes, or cost assumptions for Unpriced CLINs 0003, 1003, 2003, and 3003. From 01 Jun 2026 to 31 May 2027 Request for Information (RFI): All questions and concerns shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer no later than Thursday, 14 May 2026, at 10:00 am MDT. Questions and answers will be available in the form of an amendment to the solicitation once the RFI period has closed. The Government is not obligated to award a contract because of this notice, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any offer preparation costs including site visit costs.
