The project owner is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified design professionals to provide pre-bond issuance services, including planning and programming, as well as project design and construction administration for a PK-12 School Building. The funding for the project is contingent upon the passage of a bond issue. The scope may include additional services if further improvements are identified and funds are available. Each firm is asked to provide annual updates to their qualifications if they wish to be considered for future projects where design fees are estimated to be less than $75,000. Instructions for submission: interested individuals or firms must submit one hard copy and one electronic copy (PDF format) of the SOQ before the deadline.
