Separate sealed bids are requested for Project No. SD29-2501 CDBG Stanley Storm Sewer, Needles to McKennon, for furnishing tools, materials and labor, and performing the work necessary for the construction of the project. Bids must include assurances of compliance with federal labor standards, Section 3 and Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, non-segregated facilities, equal opportunity provisions, encouragement of minority and women business participation, proper bonding by authorized surety companies, System for Award Management (SAM) registration, and compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act if applicable. Each sealed proposal must include a Noncollusion Affidavit, Business Relationship Affidavit, Experience and Equipment Questionnaire, and a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Surety Bond for five percent (5%) of the bid amount, to be retained as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to enter into the contract and provide necessary bonds within ten days of award.
