The Board of Education of the Enlarged City School District of Middletown, NY solicits bids for a three-year service contract for the following services: fire detection and intrusion alarm monitoring and service, fire extinguisher and kitchen hood fire suppression maintenance and service, kitchen hood and exhaust duct cleaning, backflow service and testing, integrated pest management, Canada goose control, and sprinkler system service and testing. Bids are to be submitted in written, sealed form. All bidders must acknowledge the School District's Sales and Use Tax Exempt Status and comply with New York State Department of Labor requirements for prevailing wages under Article 8 (construction) and Article 9 (building services). The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid and to accept or reject any bid or part thereof deemed in the best interest of the taxpayers.
