This project includes the construction of the Randy Road Drainage Improvements located in Panama City Beach, Florida. This project shall consist of stormwater, utility, minor earthwork, and roadway improvements. The project area is located on Randy Road and Burnham Road. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project. The bid must conform to Section 287-133(3) Florida Statues, with respect to Public entity Crimes. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. The City of Panama City Beach ("City") reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 45 days after opening. The City shall award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; provided, however, the City reserves the right to award the Contract to a Bidder who is not the lowest responsive and responsible bidder if the City determines in its reasonable discretion that another Bid offers the City a better value based upon the reliability, quality of service, or product of such other Bidder.
