Reference Number 0000423022 The project consists of the construction and installation of a new approximately 175 square foot prefabricated personal protective equipment (PPE) storage shed (Tuff Shed) for the City of Poway Fire Station #2, located at 16912 Westling Court in Poway, California. Work includes site preparation; construction of a concrete foundation and slab, construction of a 6 foot CMU block wall, and construction of ADA compliant access improvements. The Contractor is not responsible for the delivery or assembly of the Tuff Shed but shall coordinate with the manufacturer as necessary to ensure the foundation and site improvements are constructed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements. No bid will be received unless it is made on a bid form which is included as part of the Special Provisions for the project. Each bid shall be accompanied by cash or a cashier's check or a certified check, or a satisfactory bid bond issued by a California admitted surety insurer in the form as included in the bid documents, in any event in an amount not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid.
