This project includes approximately 330 feet of screening wall improvements along Josey Lane at the Green Ridge Drive intersections. Work includes structural and zero-scaping infrastructure. Pre-bid questions are required to be submitted via the IonWave Technologies, Inc. bidding system, and will be accepted until 05:00 p.m., May 27th, 2026 This project will generally include all construction, labor, materials, testing, services, administration, and associated activities required in conjunction with or properly incidental necessary for the following: - Improvement limits are along Josey Lane between Green Ridge Drive intersections. - Replacement of existing Screening wall including structural and zeroscaping infrastructure. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of but not limited to the following: 1. Demolition existing 350 LF screening wall along Josey Lane between Green Ridge Dive Intersections. 2. Construction of Trex Fence along Josey Lane between Green Ridge Dive Intersections. 3. Maintain the existing approximately 590 LF sidewalk along Josey Lane between Green Ridge Dive Intersections. 4. Protection of any existing public retaining walls and residential fences along Josey Lane between Green Ridge Dive Intersections. Retaining walls are to be grouted once screening wall is removed. 5. Replacement of existing street pavement striping and signs. All pavement striping and signs shall be in accordance with the City of Carrollton General Design Standard. 6. No irrigation design will be included in the project. 7. Earthwork to include clearing & grubbing. 8.
