Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Prattville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,865-square-foot educational facility; 2,570-square-foot educational facility; 6,310-square-foot educational facility; 7,870-square-foot educational facility; and 2,370-square-foot educational facility.

The work includes construction of new metal buildings at various locations for the Autauga County Board of Education. The approximate square footage for each building is as follows: Building 100P - 2,370 sf; Building 100M - 2,570 sf; Building 200 - 6,310 sf; Building 300 - 7,870 sf; Building 400 - 3,865 sf. All trades are to be incorporated in the general contract for construction. Bidders must be licensed under Title 34 of the Code of Alabama, and evidence of this must appear on the proposal envelope in clear view. Pre-bid qualification is not required. Bid documents may only be used for the purpose of bidding and constructing this project and may not be copied in whole or in part. Official interpretations will be based on complete, full-size sets of bid documents. Award will be made only to competent and responsible bidders with the experience and qualifications as set forth in the bid documents. The owner intends to implement the Sales Tax Saving Program for this project. Bidders must comply with Alabama House Bill 289 (Act 2009-657) with reference to Fire Alarm Systems.
