In general, the work includes: - Removal and disposal of the existing 6.1m x 4.9m wood bridge structure and installation of silt fence, turbidity curtain and maintenance of sediment and erosion control throughout construction. - Excavation and installation of (2) 14m long - 2200mm diameter CSP circular culverts with bedding and backfill, install geogrid and filter cloth, and reconstruct and widen the roadway with granular materials. - Installation of new steel beam guide rail systems, SBEAT energy attenuation end treatments, and WA-33R warning signs. - Installation of rip-rap at the culvert outlets and on steep slopes, regrade disturbed areas, and restore with topsoil and seed upon project completion.
