Comprehensive exterior and interior rehabilitation of the historic USC War Memorial (6,836 SF), including hazardous material abatement; restoration of masonry, windows, doors, plaster, terrazzo, and decorative finishes; installation of new elevator, stair, HVAC, sprinkler systems; and campus utility connections. Pre-qualification requirements: To be considered for prequalification, a contractor will be required to contact the Agency Project Coordinator and obtain a Contractor's Statement of Qualifications & Questionnaire. The contractor will review the criteria listed in the form and verify if they can meet or exceed the criteria. The contractor will complete the form, provide any additional documentation required by the criteria, and submit it to the agency by the submittal due date. Persons or firms must be properly licensed in accordance with the requirements of Title 40 of the SC Code of Laws, as amended at the time of qualification submission. *The value for this project is based on a financial range $6,800,000 to $7,234,405.
