The tender comprises seven separate lots. Tenderers may bid for a single lot or for several lots. Please note that the lots are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8; there is no lot numbered 7. The estimated delivery and installation period for all items across all lots is between 15 October and 15 November 2026. The successful tenderer will only be permitted to deliver the furniture once written authorisation has been received from the project manager. The Company has no storage space available for furniture awaiting installation. Tenderers wishing to receive clarification regarding the tender must submit their request in writing to the email address specified below, ensuring that they quote the contract number. The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification that does not result in any amendment to the tender documents, if such a request is submitted by a tenderer five working days or less before the deadline for the receipt of tenders.
