The Town of Three Hills requires a Contractor to provide annual spray patching services between 2026 and 2028 with the possibility to renew the service for two additional one-year terms. The successful vendor will supply labour, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and traffic control devices (such as signs and barricades) necessary to carry out the maintenance work as required. A list of the work site areas will be provided to the successful proponent upon closing of the RFQ based on priority and budget constraints. The project is expected to not exceed a maximum upset limit of $25,000.00 annually before GST. Construction may begin after June 1, with completion by August 31 each year.
