Proposals are requested for Electrical Energy Power Generation Equipment with related parts, supplies, and services to result in a national contracting solution for use by members. The solicitation is on behalf of current and potential members, including municipal governments, agencies, boards, commissions, and may include other broader public sector organizations located in the Province of Ontario. Participation may extend to other public sector entities such as governmental, higher education, K-12 education, not-for-profit, tribal government, and other public sector agencies located across Canada. Canadian and Ontario-based companies are encouraged to submit proposals, and if participation is limited to certain jurisdictions or provinces, this should be indicated in the bid. Only proposals submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered. Bids must be submitted online. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
