The contractor shall perform the required specified tasks and all implied tasks required by the Statement of Work for the renovation of the male and female bathrooms at Station San Francisco. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 Questions are due to the contracting officer and contract specialist by 14 May 2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered prior to the closing of this solicitation. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Scope of Work: This document outlines the scope of work for the comprehensive renovation and restoration of the male and female restroom facilities. The primary objectives are to enhance hygiene, improve functionality, upgrade fixtures for longevity and efficiency, and create a clean, modern, and safe environment for all users. This project involves a combination of deep cleaning, repair, and complete replacement of various components as detailed below. The specific areas of performance identified are: Male Head / Showers: Building 3 Room B03.320 (246 sq. ft.) Female Head / Showers: Building 3 Room B03.330 (158 sq. ft.) 2. General Site Requirements (Applicable to both Bathrooms) 2.1 Site Preparation & Protection: 2.1.1 The Contractor shall protect all non-work areas from dust, debris, and damage. This includes laying down protective coverings for floors and corridors leading to the work site. 2.1.2 The Contractor shall isolate the work area to prevent unauthorized access and contain construction materials. Debris Removal & Disposal: 2.2.1 All demolition debris, old fixtures, packaging, and construction waste shall be legally and properly disposed of off-site by the Contractor on a daily basis. The work site is to be kept clean and orderly. 2.3 Submittals: 2.3.1 The Contractor shall submit product data sheets for all specified materials for approval prior to procurement, including composite partitions, shower stalls, fixtures, ventilation fans, paint, caulk, and sealant within 10 days of award.
