The two chillers currently in place are reaching the end of their useful life, and one of them has been taken out of service due to a leak in the heat exchanger. Work is expected to begin between 6 July and 14 August 2026. Tenderers wishing to inspect the site must make an appointment by contacting Abdelkebir Erraiss at aerraiss@sqi.gouv.qc.caet no later than 10 working days before the deadline for receipt of tenders. Interested bidders must attend the designated location at the date and time set by the person responsible for the site visits. The public opening of tenders takes place on the date and at the time specified for the receipt of tenders. The only way for anyone to attend this opening is to watch it live online at the address specified for this purpose in the Supplementary Instructions. It is not possible to view the video recording of the opening at a later date, nor is it permitted to record or broadcast it.
