Reference Number 0000423093 The City of Longmont's Public Works Department is seeking bids for the cleaning and sealing of cracks in asphalt and/or concrete pavements on an on-call, as needed basis. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications. General Requirements - Insurance Required Question Deadline 05/12/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 4 The City of Longmont reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid; reject any Bid, in whole or in part; to adjust the quantity of Work to be done as mandated by budgetary requirements; and to waive informalities or irregularities in the Bids received; when it is in the City's best interest to do so. The successful bidder shall provide the City with a Certificate of Insurance for all policies required in the Contract documents. No bidder may withdraw a Bid for a period of 60 days after the date fixed for opening the Bids.
