Holdenville Public Schools seeks bids for the 2026 Community Gymnasium project at 210 Grimes Street, Holdenville, Oklahoma. Sealed bids addressed to Miller-Tippens Construction Co., LLC will be received at the specified location until 2:00pm on the designated bid day, and bids will be read publicly at that time. Bidders must be prepared to submit a Subcontractor's Qualification Statement if awarded the project, using AIA A305. For bids over $50,000, bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check in the amount of five percent of the bid is required. Awarded bidders must provide Payment and Performance Bonding for the full value of the contract.
