Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Reisterstown, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
This project, located in Baltimore County, is for the new installation and/or and replacement of concrete sidewalks, combination curb and gutter, miscellaneous concrete work, concrete pedestrian ramps for ADA compliance at various locations. The work may consist of the following: a) Construction of curb and gutter, sidewalk and pedestrian ramps b) Driveway entrance adjustment and reconstruction c) Drainage structure adjustments d) Maintenance of traffic e) Landscaping Specific locations for this contract are listed herein with the work to be performed. They include the following: MD 45 from Cavan Drive to Ridgely Road (milepoints 3.31-4.34) - On NHS MD 7 from Campbell Boulevard to MD 43 (milepoints 5.71-6.28) - Off NHS. Classification: B - $100,001 to $500,000 In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00. However, bids $100,000.00 and above will not be considered unless a Bid Security is submitted as outlined in the Invitation for Bids. Bid Security shall equal at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Also, the successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all Contracts in excess of $100,000.00 The MDOT SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. MDDOT - 101 - Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Upgrades at Various Locations *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
