Kershaw County School District requests qualified General Contractors to submit a proposal for providing Construction Management At-Risk Services for HVAC upgrades and replacements at various locations. The CM At-Risk firm will be hired to manage and oversee the project of HVAC upgrades and replacement services provided by approved subcontractors chosen by the GC and District. The District will contract with a General Contractor to provide oversight and supervision of HVAC upgrades and replacement for various locations. An alternative work schedule may be required to complete all projects due to occupancy of buildings. The district desires to have all projects closed out on or before June 30 2027. QA date - 05/05/2026 at 12:00 PM ET
