Written proposals are requested from companies to provide planned maintenance services for boilers, covering the period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. The services require the provision of skilled labor, necessary materials (as specified), tools, equipment, and all reasonably implied resources for the completion of the contract. The maintenance service will be for an average of 700 hours of work per year, covering all calls, services, and maintenance of the entire HVAC system for the district. Scope of Work: - Scheduled maintenance service program, including routine maintenance inspections, welding, troubleshooting, fire efficiency testing/adjustments, and maintaining water/circulating pumps. - Emergency service and repairs available 24-hours. - Replacement parts and materials provided as authorized and invoiced in addition to the contract price. - Inspections, including operating and periodic maintenance inspections. - Written reports detailing all work and inspections performed. - Preferential service and contract service rate, with work outside scope billed at the specified contract rate. Instructions to bidders include providing detailed descriptions of procedures such as startup/checkout, annual inspection and maintenance, mid-season running inspections, pumps inspection, control system inspection, optimization services, remote alarm diagnostics, lubrication of all necessary equipment, remote monitoring, CSD1 inspections for boilers, HVAC inspection reports, rooftop chiller coil checks, and refrigerant service forms following EPA mandates.
