Reference Number 0000423157 All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for the Town of Lochbuie ADA Accessible Crosswalks. Across five (5) intersections are fifteen (15) multi-directional or unidirectional ADA ramps will be replaced with CDOT Type 2 bi-directional ramps, and eight (8) new CDOT Type 2 bi-directional ramps will be constructed. An as-built survey is required to confirm that all new ramps conform to ADA and CDOT standards. Additionally, the work includes, but is not limited to, earthwork, traffic control, erosion control and stabilization, and surveying. The last date for questions answered by the Town is 5:00 pm, M.D.T., May 19th, 2026. Any addendum information will be issued via email by close of business on May 21st, 2026. The Town of Lochbuie reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality or technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
