The project consists of constructing a stormwater conveyance system from 631 Glenwood Avenue, Dalton, GA 30720 to 622 North Elm Street, Dalton, GA 30720. Work includes installation of various stormwater assets, utility adjustments, open trenching, demolition of existing asphalt and concrete, installation of new asphalt and concrete, clearing and grubbing, traffic control, general site grading, and fine grading. A numerically scored proposal procurement process will be used, encouraging a creative, problem-solving approach from experienced, highly motivated contractors. Contractors must prepare a highly detailed proposal based on the specified conditions and requirements. Work to begin within 10 days of Notice to Proceed.
