The requirement is for a Contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary for the Sidney Substation Breaker Replacement project. The contractor will be responsible for demolition and site development, foundations and platforms for substation electrical equipment, installation of three Government-furnished power circuit breakers, installation of three Government-furnished CCVTs and two Government-furnished CCVT support pedestals, and furnishing and installing high voltage bus, grounding system, conduit, and insulated cables. The principal components of work include: providing demolition and site development; providing foundations and platforms for substation electrical equipment; installing three Government-furnished power circuit breakers; installing three Government-furnished CCVTs and two Government-furnished CCVT support pedestals; furnishing and installing high voltage bus, grounding system, conduit, and insulated cables. Bidders must identify any non-domestic materials (not manufactured in the United States) included in their bid and check with suppliers and subcontractors to verify whether or not their quotes include non-domestic material. The Buy American Act applies to the solicitation. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
