Description

Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Reidsville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,600-square-foot industrial development.

Construction of slab on grade concrete pad, setting anchor bolts and to coordinate with Cirrus Construction, Inc. for the erection of 60' x 60' pre-engineered building. The scope of work will also include interior upfit of the pre-engineered building to address installation of the mechanical ventilation system and unit heaters, placement of three overhead coiling doors, electrical power and overhead lighting. Rockingham Community College Board reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals and waiver informalities in bidding. At that time and place bids will be opened and read aloud for furnishing of labor, material, and equipment to conduct site improvements to address clearing and grading of building pad for 60' x 60' pre-engineered building. Construction of slab on grade concrete pad, setting anchor bolts and to coordinate with Cirrus Construction, Inc. for the erection of the pre-engineered building.
