Provide Labor and Materials 1) Demo existing poured in place rubber surface (~3,060 sq ft) 2) Prep the stone base to receive new poured in place rubber surface 3) Provide new poured in place rubber surface per CPS Specification 4) Contractor to provide safety barrier/fence during construction 5) The contractor should provide after hours security until the new PIP is cured so that we don't get anyone ruining the surface once they leave. 6) Contractor to secure necessary permits. 7) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing a bid. 8) Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 9) Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on a) SECTION 32 18 16 PLAYGROUND PROTECTIVE SURFACING 10) Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 11) If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. 12) Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed. 13) All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. 14) The contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. 15) All trash must be removed off-site by the contractor 16) Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris.
