Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City of Salmon Arm is inviting proposals for the update and expansion of the City's comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The City is seeking a consultant who will collaborate with City staff and stakeholders to update and expand the Parks and Recreation Masterplan for presentation and approval by City Council. The plan will serve as a strategic framework to enhance recreational opportunities, protect natural spaces, and support the well-being of the community. The selected consultant will provide actionable recommendations that balance growth, accessibility, environmental stewardship, and fiscal responsibility, ensuring that parks and programs continue to serve residents into the future. Submissions must be submitted using BC Bid Electronic Submission by authorized electronic bidders registered on the BC Bid system.
