A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project location. Prospective bidders are to meet at the south entrance to the property, located on Abbot Avenue. The project consists of Public Improvements associated with development of a new neighborhood park. Public Improvements are separate from the Park development, and include work to bring the East Main Street frontage up to standards from Clay Street to Crocker Street, sidewalks, park rows with seeding and tree planting, street lights, storm drainage, and new and modified utilities, including irrigation infrastructure for the new park.
