The works described in this contract will be carried out at the City of Quebec Landfill (LEVQ), which consists of three sectors: LET (Technical Landfill), Saint-Joachim sector; LES (Sanitary Landfill), Saint-Tite-des-Caps sector; and STEU (Leachate Treatment Plant). The entrance to the LEVQ is located at 50 Route 138, Saint-Tite-des-Caps, Quebec. This work forms part of the preventive maintenance required under the authorisation certificates issued by the Ministry of the Environment, Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks (MELCCFP) and is intended to ensure the effective management and proper operation of the City's landfill facilities, good hydraulic flow of leachate, and the protection of the environment.
