Dispose of demolished materials in a legal and proper manner. Infilling masonry openings in what will be exterior wall and matching the thickness and construction of the existing wall. Interior side: Apply block filler and paint to the infilling assembly to match existing paint color. Exterior side: Refer to drawings. Site: Slope grade away from building towards nearby storm drainage structure. Apply seed and straw to stabilize grade. Pay fees related to the work, including but not limited to permit fees, plan review fees, and other fees required by authorities having jurisdiction
