Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Sparta, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 16,889-square-foot theater / auditorium.
RFP Contractor - Alleghany County HVAC Auditorium Sparta Elementary School The scope of work is limited to the auditorium at Sparta Elementary School, located at 450 N Main St, Sparta, NC 28675, with a total area of 16,889 sq/ft. The responsible party is to provide and install HVAC unit(s) in the auditorium, including all labor and equipment necessary for the installation. Contractors and subcontractors must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in similar installation jobs and must demonstrate the management, technical, and financial qualifications required, as well as access to sufficient equipment to meet the schedule and needs described. The contractor must submit a Statement of Qualifications, provide two references, and meet all requirements outlined in the proposal. Proposals must include an original and one copy, be signed in ink, and any erasures or corrections must be initialed. Incomplete proposals, failure to meet requirements, or late submissions will result in disqualification or rejection.
