BridgeValley Community & Technical College is seeking quotations from qualified HVAC contractors to provide preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair services for HVAC systems within a college facility of approximately 53,621 square feet. Proposals must be prepared simply and concisely, describing the respondent’s abilities to meet the requirements. Proposals may be submitted electronically or by mail/hand delivery, with all required exhibits and documents included. Electronic submissions must be emailed with the specified subject line, while mailed/hand-delivered proposals must include an original and four copies, with particular information indicated on the package. Respondents are not permitted to contact college personnel or the Board of Governors regarding the requested services; all inquiries must be submitted in writing by the deadline. Acknowledgement of all addenda issued is required, and failure to do so may result in disqualification. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, withdraw the solicitation at any time, and requires affirmation of no conflict of interest and independent proposal development.
