Metal fabrication and installation of two steel stairs, grating and anti fall protection, installation of grillages and caillebotis, concrete cutting and concrete work, installation of a roof edicule at the operations building, all labor materials equipment transport and related construction works required to secure access to Stoney gate winch trolley An amount equivalent to 10% of the bid amount.
