Remodeling of a multi-residential development in Maybrook, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
Includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following 1. Remove all pictures, posters, or any other items hanging from walls(contractor to put back in place after project is finished) 2. Remove all outlet and switch covers 3. Holes in walls/ceilings, peeling corners, or any other inconsistencies in sheetrock to be patched and sanded before painting. 4. Clean all surfaces to be painted: walls, ceilings and trim 5. All painted walls and ceilings to be primed before painting 6. Paint to be Sherwin Williams acrylic paint; eggshell finish on walls and ceilings, semi gloss on all trim. Colors to be chosen by house staff after project is awarded 7. Every room/hallway inside home to be painted, including closets. Indian Trail Patch/Paint Interior of Home. Contractor is required to provide and supply a 1-year warranty on material and labor. The contract term is within 30 days of receiving the purchase order. The location for the work is Indian Trail IRA, 107 Indian Trail, Maybrook, NY 12543, Orange County. The project falls under Construction Vertical: Building Construction; Rehabilitation & New Construction - Construction. Instructions to Bidders: - There is a mandatory scheduled site visit. Attendance must be confirmed prior to the visit, and late arrivals will not be allowed to participate or submit a quote. Absence from these site visits makes the bidder ineligible. - Submission must include a cost breakdown for materials, labor, and overhead, using the provided quote proposal form. Other proposal forms will not be accepted. - Quotes must demonstrate 2 years of relevant experience on prior projects of similar magnitude, if requested. - Quotes may be hand delivered, mailed, or preferably emailed, but must be received by the specified due date and time. - The awarded vendor must submit certificates of Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation Insurance, completed Lobbying Law Forms, and signed Appendix A upon request. - Subcontracting is not allowed on this project. - All contracted employees must be paid the prevailing wage as required by NYS Labor Law, and certified payroll records must be submitted with invoicing. - When submitting a bid, the NYSDOL registration number and Certificate of Registration must be included for Article 8 public work contracts. - The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive vendor providing the lowest cost and meeting all requirements. In the event of a tie, the contract will be awarded to the earliest received bid.
