Demolition, site work and addition to a medical facility in Gatineau, Quebec. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,100-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility; for the demolition of a 53,500-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Reference number: 20141028 Work is expected to begin between 1 and 31 August 2026. The public opening of tenders takes place on the date and at the time specified for the receipt of tenders. The only way for anyone to attend this opening is to watch it live online at the address specified for this purpose in the Supplementary Instructions. It is not possible to view the video recording of the opening at a later date, nor is it permitted to record or broadcast it. Deconstruction of approximately 53,500 square meters building with 1 to 2 storeys and basement; partial building conservation and exterior shed preservation; construction of a site office of approximately 2,100 square meters plus a similar size technical basement; rehabilitation and off site disposal of approximately 12,850 metric tonnes of contaminated soil; site grading and preparation; modification of existing utility services serving adjacent properties and retained infrastructure Tenderers must attend 241 Boulevard de la Cite-des-Jeunes, Gatineau (Quebec) J8Y 6L2 on one of the following two dates: . 25 May 2026 at 2.00 pm; or . 26 May 2026 at 11.00 am.
