Contractor shall provide turnkey services including: o Contractor shall walk the entire property and field verify all quantities and door sizes (estimated size: 3'-0" x 6'-8"). o All replacement doors must be compatible with HVAC-equipped units, including proper sealing, insulation, and weather-stripping. o Remove existing screen doors and store for reinstallation. o Remove existing entry doors. o Rebuild door frames as needed and paint to match existing. o Install new insulated entry doors using existing hardware. o Ensure weather-tight seal to prevent air leakage. o Install new hinges and ensure proper operation. o Minimize disturbance to residents. o Caulk interior door trim. o Reinstall screen doors. o Remove all debris off-site. o Include permits, fees, and taxes.
