This is a Time and Material (TM) contract for the 2026-2027 school year. The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, and materials required for the preventive maintenance and repair of elevators and chairlifts across District facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for the regular inspection, maintenance, repair, cleaning, lubrication, and emergency services of the elevators to ensure their safe and efficient operation. All elevators under this contract shall be maintained in first-class operating condition and must comply with all requirements of the current American Standard Safety Code for Elevators, ANSI-A17.1, and ANSI Inspection Manual ANSI-A17.2 and all other applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, and codes. The Contractor shall provide a full maintenance program in accordance with ANSI standards. The following is required: BID BOND AND CONSENT OF SURETY IS REQUIRED.
