Reference Number 0000321584 This is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery, on behalf of Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation, to prospective Contractors to submit proposals for deep refresh and site upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3). The work will be conducted at 865 Sinclair Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The work site location will not be occupied during construction. Preference will be given to Canadian and Non-US suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements. Upon contract award, the Contractor shall collaborate with Manitoba to identify and procure an alternative product in cases where a non-Canadian manufactured product has been proposed, preferring Canadian-made alternatives that are equivalent in quality and performance to the originally specified product. Any cost variances must be substantiated with supporting documentation, including invoices and receipts. Bidders are instructed not to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba other than the designated RFP Contact concerning matters regarding this RFP, as failure to adhere to this rule may result in disqualification and rejection of the proposal.
