The objective is to award Master Agreements to one or more qualified Suppliers for the provision of Decarbonization and Energy Management Solutions on an as-and-when required basis for OECM Customers. These solutions aim to reduce energy consumption, deliver operational savings, eliminate energy wastage, improve buildings, facilities, equipment, and systems, meet Customer decarbonization objectives, and, where desired, deliver energy generation measures. Proposals will be evaluated in four stages as outlined in the RFSQ. The resulting Master Agreements are intended for a ten-year term with a possible five-year extension. The agreements may be accessed by a wide range of organizations including educational entities, health and social service entities, municipal organizations, Crown corporations, Indigenous Businesses and Communities, and other public sector entities throughout Canada. OECM does not guarantee the value or volume of work from the award of any Master Agreement. Bids must be submitted online. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
