Site work for a mixed-use development in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Base Bid Description: The purpose of this project is to address flooding in the window wells at the Attorney General's Office. Improvements will be made to the northern, southern, eastern, and western window well drainage systems per the plans and specifications. Additionally, Improvements will be made to the northern and southern roof drain downspout systems per the plans and specifications.. Contract time: 91 calendar days Liquidated Damages: $700.00 per calendar day PWP #: CC-2026-371 Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. Question Deadline 06/01/2026 Bidders may request interpretations or clarifications of the Bid Documents at any time prior to 72 hours before the Bid Time by making a written request to the Architect or Engineer, who may then issue a written addendum to all Bidders prior to the Bid Time.
