The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to request proposals from individuals or firms that are interested in providing lead-based paint and other environmental testing services to the City of Fontana. The City is looking for an experienced individual or firm (“Bidder”) to provide lead-based paint and other environmental testing services in conjunction with its U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and its California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) Grant Funding contracts. The City is issuing this RFP in order to comply with Federal, State, and local requirements to bid the testing services. The result of this RFP will be to award an individual or firm an agreement (“Agreement”) for a one-year term with the City’s option for renewal for four (4) additional one-year terms contingent on continued funding.
