Sealed proposals are invited for all labor and materials required for the construction of the Westmoore HS Entry Upgrades. The work includes the following Bid Packages: Demo/Sitework; Concrete; Masonry; Metal (Material Only); Metal (Erect Only); Wood & Plastic; Thermal & Moisture Protection; Doors & Hardware; Entrances & Storefronts; Finishes (Ceiling Systems); Specialties (Accessories); Flooring; Painting; Fire Suppression; Mechanical; Plumbing; and Electrical/Cabling/IT. Bidders must submit proposals to the Board of Education, Independent School District No. I-002, Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, at the Moore Public Schools Administration Service Center by 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time on the specified bid opening date. Bids received too early or after the designated opening time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately following the deadline. Complete sets of General Conditions, Plans, Specifications, and other bidding documents may be obtained through OMNI Construction, LLC, and the RPG Plan Room. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond for five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany any proposal over $50,000. Bid guarantees will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. A contract will be executed with the successful bidder within thirty (30) days of award.
