Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids for the furnishing, delivery, installation, and commissioning of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system at the John Adams Courthouse. Bidders must be DCAMM certified in the category of: Electrical. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid, in the form of a bid bond made payable to the Massachusetts Trial Court - Office of Court Management. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system with a new, modern, and reliable UPS solution that meets current operational needs and provides sufficient power backup during utility outages at the John Adams Courthouse located at 1 Pemberton Sq. in Boston, Massachusetts Any questions by prospective Bidders concerning interpretation of the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing to the Awarding Authority and should be in its possession at least ten working days before the date set for the receipt of general bids, or, if a question pertains to Item 2 filed sub-bid work, at least ten working days before the date set for the receipt of filed sub-bids.
