Renovation of an educational facility in Salem, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 sec.44A (2) (B) and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. All General Contractors must submit a DCAMM certificate of Eligibility and Updated Statement. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the bid amount. RFIs Deadline: Thursday May 13, 2026, by 4pm email rramos@salemstate.edu Scope of Work: The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide painters for Bowditch Residence Hall including lounges and hallways to use different shades of blue on each floor and possibly some terracotta on the ground floor and to paint bathrooms with a catalyst epoxy paint along with a full prime coat.
