Roof Replacement - Phase 1 at Francis Gardens, State Aided Development 667-1, Shrewsbury, MA. The project includes replacement of residential building roofs at Francis Gardens, including removal of existing three-tab asphalt shingles, deteriorated roof sheathing as required, gutters, and downspouts; and installation of new 50-year/lifetime asphalt shingles, ice/water membrane, drip edge, gutters, downspouts, and splash blocks. Base Bid includes Buildings 1-5. Alternates include Buildings 6-10. Community Building is not in scope. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 at 1:00 PM ET RFIs due online Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Contractor and all subcontractors (collectively referred to as "the Contractor") agree to strive to achieve minority and women workforce participation. The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. Bid deposit required: not less than 5% of greatest possible bid amount including alternates. MBE/WBE/VBE benchmarks apply: 2.2% MBE, 5.7% WBE, 3% VBE.
