Brief description of work as follows (See drawings for more details) 1. Complete interior and exterior renovation to upgrade existing building to Risk Category IV Essential Facility. 2. Remove all existing doors and windows. 3. Reinforce existing block walls and infill window openings, as required. 4. Install new impact e-missile windows and doors. 5. Remove roofing, existing deck to remain, add reinforcements, install new roofing 6. Remove existing finishes, partitions, portion of slab, and replace with new. 7. Provide exterior site improvements. 8. Remove and replace existing electrical systems and lights. 9. Remove existing mechanical systems and replace with new. 10. Remove and replace existing plumbing systems and fixtures. 11. Remove existing low voltage systems - phone, data, A/V, access control, CCTV, etc. Provide infrastructure for new systems by the City. 12. Install new fire alarm system.
