Reference Number 0000432520 Bid Intent Not Available Maricopa County (County) extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit formal sealed qualifications electronically through an outside agent, BidNet Direct to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) design phase services, as needed, and construction phase services as described herein:The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for providing Guardrail Improvements and Repair for various locations throughout the County. New installation and repair services of guardrail may include but are not limited to: supplying all labor, material, equipment, required permits, and traffic control to construct new guardrail, reconstruct existing guardrail and install guardrail end treatments (extruded terminal, crash cushions, etc.). Guardrail related construction activities shall include but not be limited to the delineation of guardrail sections and guardrail terminals, including all necessary components and markings, installed new or reconstructed. This contract is to be used for public roadways, parking lots, intersections, turn lanes, and other work deemed necessary by the County. All work and terms shall be governed by the Maricopa Association of Governments' (MAG) Uniform Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction as modified by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation's Supplement to the MAG Uniform Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction except as modified by this Contract or special provisions. MAG Specification Section 102 (Bidding Requirements and Conditions) and MAG Specification Section 103 (Award and Execution of Contract) are not applicable to this contract. In the event a conflict exists between Contract Documents the order of precedence shall be as indicated in MAG specification Section 104. The County MCDOT intends to award up to 2 job order contracts to separate persons or firms. No Pre-Proposal conference has been scheduled under this solicitation.
