provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) design phase services, as needed, and construction phase services as described herein: The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for providing Guardrail Improvements and Repair for various locations throughout the County. New installation and repair services of guardrail may include but are not limited to: supplying all labor, material, equipment, required permits, and traffic control to construct new guardrail, reconstruct existing guardrail and install guardrail end treatments (extruded terminal, crash cushions, etc.). Guardrail related construction activities shall include but not be limited to the delineation of guardrail sections and guardrail terminals, including all necessary components and markings, installed new or reconstructed. This contract is to be used for public roadways, parking lots, intersections, turn lanes, and other work deemed necessary by the County. This procurement will replace 210031-JOC Guardrail Installation & Maintenance which will be expiring. The estimated budget for construction for the first year is $2,000,000.00. No Pre-Proposal conference has been scheduled under this procuremernt.
